Dubbed "Abes," the "high end" restaurant will be taking up shop at 102 West 86th St. near Columbus Avenue, owner Leon Liu said during Community Board 7's Business & Consumer Issues Committee meeting on Wednesday.
"We'd like to bring some good Chinese food to the area," Liu said. "Definitely peking duck and a lot of good Sichuan dishes. That's something that a lot of Americans do appreciate."
