How DEIB can reduce neurodivergence stigma at work

Many workplaces still have a long way to go in terms of creating environments that truly welcome neurodivergent talents. Leaders must actively take steps to foster inclusivity and support for employees with learning and thinking differences.
An Understood.org survey revealed that while employees are aware of accommodation requirements, there is a prevalent stigma around asking for support. Fear of negative consequences and discrimination prevent many from disclosing their conditions at work.
