David Wesser was acquitted Jan. 24 of felony charges.
The burglary happened on the morning of July 22, 2023, at Ubisoft's Third Street office.
Wesser was wearing clothes that resembled those of one of the thieves in the surveillance footage, but he denied being involved in the burglary or owning the electronics when questioned by police.
