Flickering Threat requires you to jump into the Dam Battlegrounds map and fix up a power generator, so don't think you're getting any time off today. "To repair the generator, head to the location on the map above and look for long openings in the ground. Use these to drop inside the Generator Hall. Repair the generator using 4 Wires. Once inside, stand between the two elevators and look at the end of the westernmost one to see a prompt to repair it using 4 Wires. Interact with this prompt to finish your repairs."
Flickering Threat requires four Wires to repair a power generator located in the Generator Hall on the left side of the Power Generation Complex in the northern Dam Battlegrounds. Players do not need to extract to complete the quest but must have 4 Wires in their inventory or loot them from the Power Generation Complex. The Generator Hall is a high-traffic area often populated by ARC and raiders, so be prepared for combat. Enter the hall by dropping through long openings or via nearby doors and hallways. Repair the generator by standing between the two elevators and using 4 Wires, then follow the indicated route out to locate and flip the power switch.
