This is the Hilton-owned Waldorf Astoria's first resort in the Lone Star State. Slated to open in early 2027 in the heart of Texas Hill Country, known for its picturesque farms and booming wine industry, the luxury resort will feature 60 hotel guest rooms and suites, plus 37 multi-bedroom resort villas and 50 private residences. According to a news release, there will be five food and beverage concepts, including an all-day restaurant, a specialty restaurant, and a bar and lounge.

Monsieur Dior will mark Crenn's second collaboration with Dior; Café Dior by Dominique Crenn opened last February in Dallas with lunch, tea service, and desserts. The Beverly Hills project has been in progress since at least 2022, when the City of Beverly Hills approved plans for a rooftop French restaurant. Beverly Hills' Monsieur Dior will be the second location for the restaurant; the first location opened in Paris in 2022, and Dior plans to expand with another location in Osaka, Japan, this year.
