Two men were convicted and jailed for life for the 2017 east London stabbing and murder of 21-year-old Ahmed Deen-Jah.
Detective Sergeant Ed Crofts stated that O'Connor was located while officers were searching for those involved in a fatal road traffic collision on the M40. He attempted to make off from officers, and resisted arrest when the knife was located, leading to his swift arrest and charge.
