Among those who responded to Younger's assertion that Netflix is full of "gay porn" (we can't see any) was one person who wrote, "now you know how I feel when I'm subjected to watching heterosexual couples kiss on any TV programme." To that, Younger replied: "Heterosexuality is normal. Gay isn't." Someone else added: "'Porn' is overstating it a *bit* much," to which Younger cited " Mr. Robot, S1E3" as evidence (despite the fact the Rami Malek-fronted show originally aired on USA Network during its original run from 2015-2019).

But Heated Rivalry's third episode, "Hunter," is a lovely stand-alone installment and stealthily a canny move for the series overall. It's a very swoony, romantic speedrun through Scott Hunter's backstory, but it's just as effective as a way to reframe and contextualize the entire series, as well as a strategy for addressing Heated Rivalry 's biggest challenge: It's a TV show with no interior monologue.

Marvel Cosmic Invasion, the comic company's new homage to its classic beat 'em up video games of the past, features the surprising inclusion of a lesser-known queer character. A 90-second trailer dropped alongside the game itself on Monday (1 December), offering fans a frantic first look at what's in store for gamers. Developed by Tribute Games, Marvel Cosmic Invasion sees 15 Marvel superheroes traverse a plethora of locations from the comics as they attempt to thwart an oncoming invasion by the interdimensional insectoid Annihilus.

We have been loving the recent queer rom-coms, love stories, and all the general loveliness on our TV screens.

First, there's Will longing as he happens upon Robin ( Maya Hawke) kissing her girlfriend, Vickie (Amybeth McNulty). Later on, while on a mission, Robin, who is seemingly not completely out to everyone, hints that she saw Will. "[Vicky's] my friend, we're friends, good friends. But the thing is some people might not understand our friendship" explains Robin asking Will to keep it to himself.

Set to the brooding voice of Nina Simone and her 1966 track "Lilac Wine", the Industry season four trailer opens with a bedraggled Henry (Harrington) slogging his way through the grounds of a manor house at dusk. The clip continues with his new fiancé Yasmin Kara-Hanani (Marisa Abela) looking pained, and Henry sitting in a car, his hands bloodied and battered. The original Christy Martin script was incredible. Life changing. I was attached to play Cherry. Everyone had experience with the core material. Most of us were actually gay. It's part of why I stayed in acting. Rose then decried Sweeney and her team's statements about the film's box office. Rose claims Team Sweeney said they made the movie for "the people," meaning gay people, but that "None of 'the people' want to see someone who hates them, parading around pretending to be us.

"I think this is probably going to be one of those arcs of how long it takes [to adopt a child]. Boots follows 13 Reasons Why star Miles Heizer as Cameron Cope, a closeted teen who signs up to the marine corps after struggling to find a sense of purpose at home. While at boot camp, with his best friend Ray (newcomer Liam Oh), he learns that it's not just tough and gruelling, but homophobic too. The Netflix drama is set in 1990, when being gay in the US armed forces was still illegal.

For queer people though, there's a distinct selection of Keaton films that have shaped and inspired them more than any others. gained gay cult classic status in 1996 for its camp lesbian bar scene and queer representation in Annie's daughter, Chris. 2005's The Family Stone, in which Keaton played the mother of a gay and deaf son, was praised for its powerful, affirmative dinner table scene. The following year she dropped Surrender, Dorothy, featuring a dragged up Chris Pine.

I do think there's been some ignorance around people thinking that Buck is now a gay man, because since his coming out we've seen him with Tommy, and that's it. And not that he has to now go run off and be with a woman just to balance that out or anything. But there just needs to be conversations to help educate an audience. Not in a heavy way, not in a beating anybody over the head with it, but to delve deeper into it.

Big Brother 2025 is well underway and there's been no shortage of drama already, keeping things interesting for the betting odds at least. And one queer housemate is the bookies' favourite. The current series started on Sunday 28 September and saw 12 people enter the house. Since then four more people have entered, two people have been evicted and a third, George Gilbert, has been kicked out of the house for "unacceptable language and behaviour."

"What is the relationship between you guys? Stark asks of the pair. They agree, "besties." Kilgore then adds, "Hailey and Roxie, when they're out in the field they have, like, their own language." Referencing "the way they have each other's back and they do have that shorthand," Stark relates it back to 'Buddie'. "It's the same thing," he shares. "There's almost that unspoken key part of being able to do the job. They know each other and trust each other so well. I'm excited to see that relationship continue."

There is no need to have a kissing scene, especially a lesbian kissing scene, in a children's show. This is pushing an agenda. There are other options. There are other streaming networks.

I've kind of dug into this a little bit more, and the way they do it is they do these scenes, and they switch them around very fast. In the old days [in the era of comedian and producer] Andy Griffith, it was just one camera and it was great. And [modern producers] do different scenes and it's moving around every second, and that releases certain things in young children's minds, and we need to find out why are they doing like this because this is contracting their brains, this is molding their brains.
