Cocktail of the week: Albers' premix pina colada  recipe
"To prepare the premix, combine 100ml fresh lime juice, 100ml pineapple and coconut juice, 40ml coconut milk or cream, and 75ml agave syrup or Bristol Spirit Co's Nogave. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving."
"To build the drink, pour 40ml silver rum into a tumbler filled with ice, add 100ml of the premix, garnish with a lime wheel or grilled pineapple, and serve."
A premix for pina colada can be made using fresh lime juice, pineapple and coconut juice, coconut milk or cream, and agave syrup or Nogave. The premix should be refrigerated for at least 30 minutes before serving. To serve, pour silver rum over ice, add 100ml of the premix, and garnish with a lime wheel or grilled pineapple. The premix can be stored in the fridge for up to three weeks.
