Super Burrito owner Eugene Cleghorn is taking over the kitchen starting this Friday, through the end of March. His stand will have several popular items from Super Burrito - burgers, crunch wrap supremes, and California burritos - plus a few new ones, like chimichangas and carne asada french fries.
The family-run Mexican restaurant is now open for takeout and delivery. The menu has quesadillas with truffles, chicken al pastor, fajitas, and more.
The small shop sells pastries that are baked in Brooklyn, like coconut rolls, apple turnovers, and several types of Caribbean patties.
The shop imports its beans from Yemen and roasts them in-house to serve to customers.
