I can't force you to do whatever you're going to do in the privacy of your own mind, but in the public sea of this room, just attempt to remain rather motionless and quiet if you can, because people open up deeply in meditation, and that opening can be a little sensitive. Hearing the words "slow down," whether from a yoga teacher or a self-help influencer on Instagram, no matter how well-intentioned, can feel like banging my head against a wall. As if slowing down will solve all my problems!
