The incident happened at 275 Jackson Ave. around 3:30 p.m. The 39-year-old man was taken to NYC Health + Hospitals/Woodhull, according to police. What led up to the shooting is not known at this time. Police are looking for two possible suspects. No arrests have been made. An investigation remains ongoing.
