The 1925 building will receive major renovations including new bathrooms, a new kitchen, expanded dining space and more outdoor seating once permits are secured. The buyers plan a lot-line adjustment to expand the site from a half-acre to a full acre, add parking spaces, and offer delivery through DoorDash and card payments. They are working with former manager and head chef Rick Cook to retain classic recipes like minestrone and the signature bread. Real estate records show the buyers paid $850,000 for the three-acre property that includes a 2.5-acre vineyard.
