1 Hotels, the mission-driven luxury lifestyle brand founded by hospitality visionary Barry Sternlicht, has unveiled its first continental European property with the official opening of 1 Hotel Copenhagen. The debut marks a milestone not only for the brand but also for Denmark's hospitality landscape, as it reimagines the historic Skt. Petri into a destination defined by biophilic design, Danish craftsmanship, and eco-conscious living.

With the unveiling of the enchanting Casina Cinquepozzi, a lovingly restored estate in Puglia, multi-hyphenate Thelma West added the role of hotelier to her activities as a jewelry designer and gemologist. Known for bold diamond creations worn by the likes of Rihanna, West has extended her vision into luxury hospitality. On Instagram, her world comes alive, blending jewelry design, gem-sourcing trips, and travel into one coherent narrative.

The resort's redesign features deluxe rooms with a residential feel, incorporating layered textures, sculptural walnut lighting, and custom stone finishes to enhance character.

The Garden District Hotel officially opened in June, offering contemporary luxury with 47 guest rooms, a heated saltwater pool, and the only swim-up bar in New Orleans.

The Sleep Lab at Equinox Hotel offers a premium experience at $1,700 per night, focusing on sleep optimization through technology and tailored amenities.

"Cirque St. Armands Beachside's honors Sarasota's circus heritage with a chic, bold art deco-meets-roaring twenties design, reimagining the space with playful, eye-catching details," the hotel's general manager.

This ambitious redevelopment isn't just about new wallpaper and fancy lighting—it's a full-blown reinvention, aiming to elevate the luxury experience at Lake Tahoe.
