Wing Lei oozes elegance, but not in a Vegas-gaudy kind of way. It's a spectacle for sure, but with quiet gentility requiring a backpedal from the bustling energy surrounding most of the Strip. Wing Lei's dining room shimmers with gold leaf and chandeliers, though the real centerpiece is classical Chinese cuisine presented with a fine-dining aura.
When it opened in 2011, Dinner by Heston Blumenthal quickly became one of the most talked-about menus in the capital. In Denmark, chef Rasmus Munk doesn't offer dishes at the Alchemist restaurant. Opened in 2019 at the site of a former industrial harbor area in the Danish capital, Copenhagen, Alchemist was named the world's fifth-best restaurant in 2025.

Launching on March 1, Akoko's West African inspired menu will be headed up by the Akoko burger, £16, which will see an aged British beef patty seasoned with a special spice blend as well as tamarind jam, sosu kaani scotch bonnet chilli sauce, yassa-spiced onions and melted goat's cheese. The Akoko burger will come in Heard's signature roast potato bun and be served with dibi dipping sauce inspired by Senegalese barbecue.
