Tewksbury police are asking for help identifying a driver they say intentionally ran over and killed several seagulls earlier this week. The incident happened around 12:06 p.m. Thursday in the parking lot of 1777 Main St., a strip mall with several stores and restaurants. Prosecutors said that around 6 p.m. on Aug. 23, Fyffe was seen on 133rd Avenue near Gwen Ifill Park in Locust Manor wrapping duct tape around a white and tan pit bull's snout, eyes, front legs, and back legs.
