Anthropic has expanded the availability of Claude Code, its AI-powered development environment, bringing it to the web and mobile platforms. Previously limited to desktop access through Claude.ai and API integrations, the new rollout allows developers to run and manage coding tasks directly in a browser or on mobile devices. Claude Code is designed to help developers write, edit, and execute code across multiple files while maintaining conversational context. The web version introduces parallel job execution, allowing users to run several processes simultaneously.

The startup, headed by former Oculus co-founder and CEO Brendan Iribe and Ankit Kumar, former CTO of AR startup Ubiquity6, is working to create a personal AI agent that interacts with users using a natural-sounding human voice. The company plans to embed the personal AI agent into lightweight eyewear that is designed to be worn throughout the day and which users can interact with via voice.

Built on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and grounded in customers' existing data and security controls, NetSuite Next combines explainable AI with a unified data model and Oracle's Redwood Design System to ensure every decision is transparent, auditable, and aligned with business governance. Customers can move to the new platform "at the press of a button," according to Oracle, without needing to migrate data or disrupt existing configurations.
